This model was first issued in 1961 with the Davies Tyres livery.

There are numerous variations of wheels while the most common colours are orange cab with silver trailer.

A less common silver cab with dark red trailer is also found with the Davies Tyres livery although these colours are mainly found with the LEP International livery that was introduced in 1964.

This reproduction box suits the Davies Tyres model and is a D style box.
