A custom replica box for the Matchbox Lesney 52a Maserati racing car. Note that the original Matchbox issued boxes only ever featured a red model.

First issued in 1958 in red, this Matchbox Lesney D style box has been custom made to suit the yellow wire wheel models that were issued late in the production run.
