There are 4 main variants of this models, from the earliest small and shortest diesel model 1a through the last 1d larger model with red plastic rollers.

This box will suit the 1d with plastic red rollers.

There are 7 box variations for the 4 different Road Roller models.

• 1 a Moko Lesney 1st Issue 'B' style 50mm (1 7/8") 1953 model
• 1 b Moko Lesney 2nd Issue 'B' style 56mm (2 1/4") 1955 model
• 1 c Moko Lesney 3rd Issue 'B' style #1 64mm (2 3/8") 1958 model (box has extra width in blue border)
• 1 c Moko Lesney 3rd Issue 'B' style #2 64mm (2 3/8") 1958 model (box now has full width yellow background - like C style)
• 1 c Moko Lesney 3rd Issue 'C' style 64mm (2 3/8") 1958 model (box same as B#2 but now just Lesney brand)
• 1 d Moko Lesney 4th Issue 'D' style 69mm (2 5/8") 1962 model (colour picture box)
