The door hinge will need to be married to the door on the 3 locating lugs. It is easiest to do a dry run before gluing to ensure that the fit is good. You may need to drill out the hinge holes a bit. Glue with 2-part epoxy glue and allow to set before preparing for paint and fitting to the model. The outer edges of the door may also require some clean up of the metal casting flash.
