Description

This Matchbox Lesney E style reproduction box suits the Pontiac Grand Prix Sports Coupe.

This is the early issue box with a blue model depicted. The model was only issued in its common form as a red colour.

There is also an earlier orange-red colour model reported which is rare.

The earlier issue most likely appeared in the this box. The blue model was never issued. This box features 'New Model' on the end flap as it replaced the Vauxhall Cresta model.
