Hong Kong Bearing - Hong Kong bearing is the most common wheel style found on the cars in 1968, and they have the look most people associate with early redlines. The mag is sharp and clear, and the finish is bright chrome.

Assuming Hot Wheels factory standard assembly the following models use this set:

• 1968 Custom Cougar - originally fitted as Deep Dish
• 1968 Custom Mustang - originally fitted as Deep Dish
• 1968 Custom Camaro - originally fitted as Deep Dish
• 1968 Custom Firebird - originally fitted as Deep Dish
• 1968 Custom Barracuda - originally fitted as Deep Dish
• 1968 Silhouette - originally fitted as Deep Dish

• 1968 Custom Corvette*
• 1968 Python*
• 1968 Beatnik Bandit*
• 1968 Custom Volkswagen*
• 1969 Classic '57 T-Bird*

*Only these original models were fitted with the small / medium Hong Kong variation combination of these wheels before the change of design. All the other models listed were originally fitted with either US or Hong Kong style wheels in the same size combination.

The other models can be fitted with these if the Deep Dish style is preferred.

Either of the wheel styles can be used.
