Description

This service provides a quotation on restoring your model. The service is free but has a fee for post / packing for returning your model. Shipping will vary depending on your address and the amount will be shown during the checkout process.

Use this for items that are larger in scale than Dinky / Corgi type models (i.e. 1/24 scale instead of 1/43), or for more than 2 paint colours on the vehicle. All standard listing repairs should be prepaid. If the repair will not proceed we refund less the postage costs.

The quotation provides:

• assessment of repair options
• description of parts required
• fixed price costs

Parts, dismantling, painting, and reassembly are in addition to this postage/quotation fee.

In order for me to have your details and to know that there are models coming you need to register an account and 'purchase' this item to pre-pay the return post. If you decide not to proceed with the restoration, your models will be returned promptly to you.

Allow 4 weeks from your despatch for receipt and assessment.

When packing your model(s) to ship to me please use a sturdy cardboard box or tube and pack with bubble wrap or similar. While we take every care with your models RecoverToy is not responsible for damage in transit.

Registered or signed for mail at your option. Return mail is Registered within Australia or Insured International Post with email confirmation of despatch.
